Day two in NYC was so fabulous! I started my day off with a delicious breakfast! I had avocado toast and a fresh pressed politically green juice made with celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, and kale from BoCaphe at 222 Lafayette Street.
Next, I went for a stroll on the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge, which connects Manhattan and Brooklyn.  The cable-stayed suspension bridge is massive.  Hundreds of people were walking and riding bikes across the bridge.  Like me, many people were taking photos and enjoying the amazing views.
After crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, I walked over to the New York Transit Museum, which is a wonderful place to learn about the NYC subway, bus and commuter rail systems.  Also, it’s the perfect place to capture a fabulous subway photo.
I selected Petrarca Cucina E Vino at 34 White Street for dinner.  I had fresh fried calamari with marinara sauce for my appetizer and a caesar salad with grilled shrimp for my main course.  I highly recommend this restaurant if you like italian food.
